K-town BBQ Beaverton

Propel Studio designed a transformation of a vacant, run-down building in downtown Beaverton into the vibrant K-Town BBQ restaurant. This project goal was to revitalize the building and city center by creating a dynamic space, combining traditional Korean barbecue with modern interior and exterior design elements.

The remodeled restaurant welcomes you beginning with a custom modern style wood and steel awning and new illuminated signage to mark the entrance. Once through the doors, guests encounter an eye-catching feature wall adorned with Korean glass bottles. This illuminated element cleverly separates the waiting area from the dining space. A variety of seating options, from intimate tables to larger communal arrangements, cater to different dining experiences. The modern glass-enclosed lounge, complete with cozy fire features, offers a comfortable retreat for patrons. A pass-through bar seamlessly connects the restaurant and lounge, enhancing service flow and encouraging interaction. Whether diners seek a casual meal or a special occasion celebration, K-Town BBQ’s inviting ambiance accommodates all.

This transformation has a significant positive impact on downtown Beaverton, revitalizing the area and boosting local commerce. Propel Studio's K-Town BBQ project showcases the potential for innovative design to invigorate urban spaces and create lasting value for the community.
